Under the AIDS Unit, Special Preventive Programme, Public Health Services Branch of Centre for Health Protection, Department of Health, Red Ribbon Centre is an HIV/AIDS education, resource and research centre. Red Ribbon Centre is the base of AIDS Unit's HIV Prevention and Health Promotion Team.
